5Q will be attending the 2022 IBcon/Realcomm conference again this year. We are excited to participate in this year’s events. Here is a breakdown of everywhere you can find us during the conference.
On June 13th, we are sponsoring the preconference Golf Tournament at Shingle Creek Golf Club. The tournament begins at 8am EST and costs $150 to participate. If you’d like to join the tournament, you can email Alicia Riddle at ariddle@realcomm.com. Wade Hughes and Veronica Unnikrishnan will be in attendance to meet with participants. We also have a couple of team members participating in the tournament.
On June 14th, during IBcon, Don Goldstein will be participating in the Tabletop Simulation on Ransomware Attack session moderated by Helane Stein from Brixmor. This session will take place in Valencia A. To sign up for this year’s IBcon events, visit https://realcomm.com/ibcon-2022/register/
The Realcomm portion of the conference begins on June 15th and you can find many 5Q team members at booth 501 throughout the duration of the concert. At 11:15am EST, in room W414C, Wade Hughes will be participating in The Cornerstone of a Smart Building Strategy: Setting the Vision session.
Also at 11:15am EST, in room W414B, you can find Don Goldstein joining the discussion in The Threat is Growing: Developing an Effective Operational Technologies Cyber Program session. Robert Entin from Vornado Realty Trust will be moderating this discussion on the cyber security threats in the built environment.
Later in the day, Jeff Ewing will be moderating the Cybersecurity: The Human Element session. This discussion will dive into how organizations can create a culture of cyber security awareness and defense as well as how our human nature can be one of the easiest vulnerabilities for hackers to break through. This panel will take place in room W414B at 1:30pm EST.
Then, at 3:30pm, Don Goldstein, Wade Hughes, and Veronica Unnikrishnan will be on the Realcomm LIVE stage to discuss the explosive growth 5Q has experienced and how we plan to continue evolving with technology.
The last day of conferencing will be on June 16th. You can still find a host of 5Q team members at booth 501 on this day. But, you can also join Russ Farr in room W311 at 2:15pm EST for the BMS Meets IoT: The Convergence of OT and Workplace session moderated by Marc Petock from Lynxspring.
