Atlanta Office Administrator
(Part-Time)
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager is a critical resource within the 5Q organization. This position is responsible for supporting 5Q’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Atlanta office location. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the logistical, travel, and expense reporting for the 5Q Connect and Senior Leadership team. This role will also have responsibilities of internal projects that 5Q will execute, as we continue to develop and grow the business. This role requires management of competing priorities, excellent communication and client management skills, and the ability to coordinate logistics with both internal and external resources. This position is based out of Atlanta and will work out of the Atlanta HQ offices of 5Q.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the CEO in day-to-day activities and projects as needed

Assist executive team with administrative support, including calendar management and expense reporting

Coordinate logistics for project resources, including travel arrangements

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering, when necessary

Help create, track and communicate status for projects assigned

Support project team tracking metrics and creating documentation as needed

Prepare presentations and materials for multiple projects

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

Perform minor accounting duties

Office and facilities management, including space planning and reconfiguration as needed

Manage office vendors (supplies, coffee, catering, etc.)

Monitoring office supplies and ordering of new stationery, furniture, appliances, etc. as required
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with 5Q resources as needed

Provide exceptional customer service, perception, and satisfaction – both internal and external

Escalate issues that cannot be completed as planned

Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur

Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as the CEO and executive team requires
